01 Membership & Access

• Membership to Dr Organics Living Soil Ltd Ltd is personal and non-transferable. Your account must not be shared with or used by anyone other than yourself.
• Access to members-only content is granted immediately after successful payment is processed via Square.
• Dr Organics Living Soil Ltd Ltd reserves the right to cancel or suspend a membership without refund in the event of misuse, abuse, or breach of these terms.

02 Payment & Billing

• Your monthly subscription is billed automatically via Square on the same date each month.
• Subscription prices may change from time to time. You will be given at least 30 days' written notice of any price change before it takes effect.
• Payments are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused periods within a billing cycle.
• If a payment fails, your access may be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled.

03 Content Usage

• All videos, grow guides, tutorials, and other content published within Dr Organics Living Soil Ltd Ltd are the sole copyright of Dr Organics Living Soil Ltd Ltd.
• Content is provided for your personal use only. Redistribution, republication, or resale of any content is strictly prohibited.
• Downloading, screen recording, or capturing Academy content in any form is not permitted without prior written consent from Dr Organics Living Soil Ltd Ltd.

04 Cancellation

• You may cancel your membership at any time from your Account Dashboard — no forms or phone calls required.
• After cancellation, your access to members-only content will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
• There is no minimum commitment and no penalty or fee for cancelling your membership.

05 Disclaimer

• All growing advice, guides, and recommendations provided through Dr Organics Living Soil Ltd Ltd are for educational purposes only.
• Results may vary significantly based on your growing environment, local conditions, and other factors outside our control.
• Dr Organics Living Soil Ltd Ltd accepts no liability for crop loss, plant damage, financial loss, or any other adverse outcome arising from the application of advice provided through the Academy.
