What counts toward my consultancy time?
Time spent personally reviewing your photos or grow information, preparing detailed personalised advice, replying to consultancy messages or speaking with you on a call counts toward your allowance.
Can I split my allowance into several shorter sessions?
Yes. For example, a 60-minute allowance could be used as two 30-minute calls, four shorter reviews, or a mixture of calls, photo analysis and personalised messaging.
Does unused time roll over?
No. The allowance resets each month. This keeps the service manageable and ensures availability for active clients.
Is this unlimited messaging?
No. The plan buys a defined amount of Dr Organics consultancy time. Brief administration is separate, but personalised analysis and advice count toward the allowance.
Am I automatically charged every month?
No. There is no automatic subscription. If you want to continue for another month, you simply arrange the next payment with me.
